Cornelis (willem) van der Ende was born in Kethel on Feb. 14, 1891,and died in Pijnacker on Mar. 18, 1969. Theodora Burger was born in Naaldwijk on Jul. 17, 1891,and died in Delft on Oct. 10, 1966. Willem moved to Pijnacker in 1911 and took over the general delivery business of Arie de Haan. On Oct. 25, 1913, he married Theodora and took up residence at Vlielandseweg 173 where they had 15 children. In 1939 the family moved to a new house at Vlielandseweg 83. Willem carried on his business until 1954. His son Theo then took over and at the 60th year closed the business. Pieter Burger (Jul. 10, 1859 - Dec. 18, 1921) and Anna Marie Steentjes (Jul. 25, 1865 - May 3, 1937), both of Naaldwijk, were the parents of Theodora. Dirk Burger (Mar. 7, 1816 - ....1884) of Rozenburg and Theodora de Gier (Dec. 6, 1821 - Jan. 13, 1900) of Zaltbommel, were the parents of Pieter. Joris Steentjes (1821 - 1893) and Adriana van der Loos (Jul. 22, 1833 - Jan. 11, 1894), both of Naaldwijk, were the parents of Anna Marie. Pieter van der Loos (Aug. 7, 1794 - ....) of Maasland and Maria Kramers (Jun. 4, 1792 - ....) of Lengerke, were the parents of Adriana. |
