Roof Restoration 1996

June 5, 1996 - Aligning walls to their original position

June 12, 1996 - Crane in position to remove and lower steeple

June 12, 1996 - Church bell rests in yard after being removed from steeple

June 17, 1996 - Roof trusses being assembled on Devon Street

June 17, 1996 - Old roof is removed as new roof trusses are being assembled

June 17, 1996 - Choir loft area is exposed as front roof section is removed

June 24, 1996 - Covered altar as new roof begins to be installed

June 24, 1996 - Front roof sections being hoisted into place

June 24, 1996 - Second section is being secured as third section is being hoisted

July 22, 1996 - Rains came as the rear roof section is being removed

July 22, 1996 - Altar dome is exposed as rear roof section is hoisted

July 22, 1996 - Rear roof section is secured and new shingles are seen on front sections

August 14, 1996 - New steeple is seen being lifted into place

September 1, 1996 - Interior views of front altar area and rear choir balcony

September 1, 1996 - The quiet room addition to our church is nearing completion

September 7, 1996 - Church renovations are completed - awaiting parishoners
