How Would you rule??

Playing in a Swiss Team event, your RHO opens 1NT (10-14) and you hold : xx AK98 Kxx AQ10x
Unfortunately you play Brozel over all no-trumps and there is thus no bid you can make that will accurately describe your hand.

Since you can see that your most likely chance for game is in no-trump and it's best that you play it, you bid 2NT, which by your partnership agreement describes your hand as both minor suits. Partner alerts your 2NT call and when asked for an explanation states that you have clubs and diamonds. With LHO then passing, partner dutifully resonds 3 diamonds. RHO passes and you bid 3NT, which swishes to the accompanying screams of of your opponents. The director is called and he rules that the hand must be played out and that he be called back if there is a problem.

Your dummy is Kx 10xxx Q10xx 98x and you make 3NT on your combined 21 HCP when a club is led AND you drop the QJ of hearts stiff AND you find the diamond J AND the ace of spades is onside. The opponents now re-summon the director, make the case that your bid of 3NT was based on the unauthorized information contained in your partner's explanation of your 2NT call, and ask for an adjusted score. As director, how would you rule? ??
