24 hours per day 365 days per year you will reach a live person when you call our office. This person will direct you to a specially trained claims adjuster or service person who will help you immediately. This person will be able to direct you on what to do to prevent further loss. He or she will also send someone to your home immediately if need be. If it is an automobile loss, the claims service person will direct you on what to do until you can reach us directly.

This service helps you get on with your life immediately and also takes the guess work out of figuring out what to do in the event of a claim.

We realize that claims emergencies do not just happen during business hours and for that reason, with you in mind, we have implemented a service to provide you with peace of mind when we can’t be there in person.
